We do not have an illustrated procedure to provide you for this repair on your older Kenmore dishwasher. Even the parts list diagram that I have for this model is not very clear. I assume that you already have the new hose assembly and that the dishwasher is still in the portable configuration. With the dishwasher unplugged and empty, you can carefully tip the dishwasher over on its side (lay down a towel on the floor to prevent scratching the side panel) to see if you can access the fill valve and the drain pump connection from the bottom of the dishwasher. If you can remove the existing hose connections on these components and pull the original hoses out, you should be able to install the new fill hose and drain hose to complete this repair. If you are not able to access these components from the bottom of the dishwasher, I recommend that you have a service technician replace the hose assembly. Here is a link for the Sears Service website: Sears Home Services .

You did not indicate why you are replacing the hose assembly. If you do not have a leak underneath the dishwasher from the hoses, you could install the hose by cutting the original hoses where they come out of the back of the dishwasher and installing some hose repair couplers to connect the hoses (assuming that you can find sizes that will fit your hoses). Here is a link for a video that shows how to install garden hose repair couplers: Video -- How to repair damaged garden hose
