Thanks for contacting I understand how frustrating it is having trouble with the dishwasher hose coupler falling off the faucet. We are here to help. To hook up the coupler to the faucet, a special adapter must be screwed on to the faucet. The aerator must be unscrewed and the adapter screwed on to the faucet. Next, to attach the coupler to the faucet, pull down on the collar and hold it while attaching the coupler to the adapter. Now, when the coupler is attached to the adapter, let go of the collar. The collar should snap back into place securing the coupler to the adapter. It may take several tries to get the coupler secure. If you do not have the adapter, the part number is 5304490369. Also, if the coupler is spraying water up in the air, the sleeve gasket may need  to be replaced. The part number is for the sleeve gasket is 5300806584. However, if the coupler will not attach to the adapter, it may need to be replaced. The part number for the hose with the coupler is 5303943043.  The coupler repair kit is no longer available.  I hope this helps.
