Question and Answers

Q:

How do I replace the hose assembly on my portable dishwasher?

A:

The hose assembly will need to be replaced. Part #5303943043 at a cost of $137.25. I personally would not spend the money on the old dishwasher. I recommend replacing the dishwasher.

The hose assembly is routed down below the tub and connects to the water inlet valve and the drain port on the pump. You will need to remove the top and the front lower access panels. Disconnect the drain hose and the water supply line and pull the hose assembly up and out. (See images below to use as a guide)

To remove top:

  1. Disconnect the power cord before servicing.
  2. Remove the screws and clips securing the top to the frame at the front of the top and the two screws at the back of the top.
  3. Remove the lower toe panel to access the water supply and drain hose in order to disconnect them.
  4. Slowly start pulling the hose assembly up from the top and it should pull out.
  5. Reverse the procedure to install the hose assembly.
