You could have a problem in the boards that send and receive the infra-red beam that turns the icemaker off when the ice bucket is full. Be sure nothing is blocking the beam.

You could also have a problem in the icemaker or water valve or a frozen fill tube to the icemaker.

Feel inside the icemaker mold to see if it has ice in it. If the icemaker has ice, the fill tube and water valve are ok.

I am sending you some images showing how to test the optics in the refrigerator.

If you have more questions, reply on this thread and I will be glad to help.

Q:

what company makes the optimus portable electric heater

A:

When having a problem with anything it can be difficult to troubleshoot it especially when there is really no information on it. A suggestion that I have is to go back to the store from where you have bought it from and speaking to the store manager and maybe they will be able to provide you with a number to call. I hope this helps!

The heater is made by Optimus Industries LLC located in Chanute Kansas.

Most of the heaters seem to be inexpensive in the range of $25 to $50 dollars. I'm not sure how practical repairing one would be.

With a Google search you will see a few different heaters.

I did find a phone number 620)431-3100 that may be helpful to you.
