I know that there are some parts on a dehumidifier that are more confusing than others. The drain hose connector is a separate part from the rest of the unit (Key # 22-A in the image below). This should have come with the dehumidifier, but if it did not then you will need to order a new one. The part number you will need is 5214A20027A. Just click on this link to order it: Sears Parts Direct . Once you have the new connector, then you can install the drain line. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Thank you for your question. I understand your concern about the sensor. The sensor location varies. With some models it will be on the front of the evaporator, it could be mounted behind the front grill or it could mount on the side of the control panel. There should be a place provided for the sensor to mount or a holder for the sensor to mount on. I have checked with the source and unfortunately, there is no information for the sensor location. If you cannot find any place for the sensor to mount, I recommend taking this to the nearest repair center, to have a technician look at it. Im listing a site you can access, for the nearest repair center. Here is a link that will provide the nearest drop-off locations: Sears Home Services . I hope this will help you.
