You could have a stuck relay on the electronic oven control board or you could have a broken element that is shorting out to the metal inside the oven cavity. I recommend that you unplug the range and check that bake element for damage. If that element is okay, then you will probably need to replace the clock control board in the console.

The electronic control board for that range (part WB27X5581) does not appear to be available as a replacement part. If that control board is bad, you can unplug the range and remove it then send it to Core Centric Solutions for repair. Here is a link for that control board repair company: Core Centric Solutions.com . That website has contact information for the company.

These tips may help you fix that oven problem in your range. If you need more help, reply with additional details.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .

To replace the door handle the microwave door has to be removed and taken apart. This can cause microwave leakage around the door and be dangerous.

When any repair is done to the door on a microwave, the door seal has to be checked for leakage with a survey meter. This work is best done by a technician.

I recommend you go to Home Services and get a Sears technician to repair the microwave.
