Thank you for your question. I understand your concern about the drain overflowing. If the humidity is high, this will be normal. The increased moisture will create this problem. When the humidity level drops, the drain will also stop overflowing. Also check the doors to make sure they are closing good and check the gaskets for gaps. If the gaskets have gaps, a hair dryer can be used to smooth them out. Just be careful not to get the gasket too hot. Try to get in and out as quickly as possible, so the door is not open very long. There is also a heater kit # 978387 that can be added to the drain pan, to help correct this condition. A technician may be needed to install this kit.
