Q:

Does this model have a neutral? 536885030 Craftsman Snow thrower

Q:

The Track on the right side doesn't pull, eventhough the left does. Any Idea why? 536885030 Craftsman Snow thrower

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your snow thrower. Upon researching model number536-885030; the track has internal moving parts. There is a chain and sprocket inside the tracks. It could be one of these parts is damaged. It’s best to look inside the right track for damaged or worn out parts. I linked the diagram below.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.

Q:

How old is this snowthrower 536885030 Craftsman Snow thrower

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
Unfortunately, our internal product dating system only goes back as far as 1987, which is the date this one shows. Sometimes we are able to get an accurate date from older products than 1987, but I was unable to find any supporting documentation that shows a viable manufacturing date for it. I would say the '87 date is close, but I am not sure how accurate it is. Usually on '70s or earlier models, you can tell by looking at the diagram, or sometimes the diagram will give the year built. I would speculate to say it's an early to mid '80s model.
Sorry we couldn't nail it down for you, but you may be able to inquire at Craftsman.com, they may have an internal database that carries that information, or be able to break down the serial number if the DOM is contained within.
Hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
