Question and Answers

Q:

tension pully spring on a snow thrower 536884811

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

Due to the age of this snow thrower, I was unable to find anything specifically mentioning where to connect the spring, but if you look closely, you will more than likely be able to spot an area that's worn where the spring originally connected to. It may have chipped or worn paint. I would connect the spring there.

Sorry we couldn't be of more assistance and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

replacing friction assymbaly and axle 536884811 Craftsman Craftsman 23

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears, I will be more than happy to assist you with your craftsman snow thrower.

To access the friction drive, drain the gas from the tank and turn the snow thrower up so it is resting on the auger housing. Remove the cover underneath the engine to access the friction drive wheel.

I hope you found this information helpful, thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. We appreciate your business.
