Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having a problem with the snow blower. If the snow blower will not drive, I recommend checking the drive cable first. To check the cable, just engage the lever with the engine off. The spring on the end of the cable should be stretched. If it is not stretched, it should be adjusted. The image below shows how to adjust the cable. If it still will not drive after adjusting the cable you need to remove the belt cover. Then inspect the drive belt. The belt should be tight. If it is, start the engine and have a helper engage the drive lever. Then look at the belt to be sure the bottom drive pulley is turning. If it is turning, turn the engine off and tip the unit onto its nose. Next remove the bottom access panel and clean the drive plate and friction wheel with brake cleaner.
