Q:

BAIL OPER CABLE WHERE DOES IT ATTACHED TO THE ENGINE 536797460 Craftsman 3.5 hp 9

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

This Craftsman engine made by Tecumseh is equivalent to Tecumseh's TVS90 engine. I have linked the service manual below that shows the control cable's mounting to the engine on page 62. It shows to connect to the brake bracket, but on the parts list, I am only seeing a control bracket. The part number for the control bracket is 35727 if you'd like to see a picture of it.

Q:

Setting curb height 536797460 Craftsman 3.5 hp 9

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I don't see any adjustment that can be made for curbside edging. If you didn't receive the owner's manual with the edger, I have linked it below so that you can read all the features and capabilities of the edger.

Q:

Fuel Tank 536797460 Craftsman 3.5 hp 9

A:

Thank you for choosing Searspartsdirect.com and being a valued member. I can certainly assist you in locating the replacement fuel tank for your unit.

I did look into the model number you have provided, and I have located the fuel tank, but I do apologize the fuel tank is no longer available by the original manufacture. After 5-10 years the manufacture stops selling parts for certain units. You will need to locate a used fuel tank or purchase a new unit.

You can also visit searpartsdirect.com for parts, diagrams, and repair information.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Thank you for your question. Have a great day.
