Q:

Weed mower blade 536773501 Craftsman High wheel brush trimmer

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
I do not see any blades being offered for the high wheeled trimmers, just line replacement. I have seen older models that could accommodate blades, but I don't see that being an option with the newer models. You may be able to look at some universal blade options, but there may be some fabrication needed to get them to mount, however, Sears does not recommend using parts outside of what the manufacturer recommends to use on the machine.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com.

Your going to have to take some measurements and look for a vertical shaft replacement. There are two primary measurements that need to be considered, along with the type and quantity of key-ways required by your application. In addition to diameter and length, it is also important that you be aware of the size of the key-way (figure C) and number of woodruff keys (if any) required for your application. Woodruff keys are the "half moon" shaped keys that may be required to attach pulleys or other accessories to the crankshaft.

Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com. I am sorry to hear of the engine issues you are experiencing on this high wheeled trimmer, I know how frustrating that is.

I have pulled up the parts list for the engine model, and it does appear the manufacturer has since discontinued production on the replacement motor. I do agree with the response from 'Anonymous' on how to find a replacement engine, that's good advice.

If you have any further questions or inquiries, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com.
