Hello John,

Thank you for the reply with the model number and clarification of what happened. there is not focus of the image, i am guessing that it is a digital distortion that you are seeing. When flat panel televisions get dropped, it is usually a lost cause if the panel is damaged. The chance exists that one of the image data cables came loose and you will want a technician to re-seat them. I can usually give you a good idea if an issue is recoverable from a picture posted on a reply, go ahead and take a picture of the set while on and post it if you can and I will take a look for you.

Hello John,

Thank you for the image. This could possibly due to a dislodged internal cable, I do not provide quotes so you will have to visit the link at the end of this reply or call 800-469-4663 and then make a decision. It will most likely not be a very good economical choice to replace just the panel if it is required, replace the set.
