Thanks for the inquiry about your water dispenser dripping; I will be glad to assist you with this.
Water continuously dripping from the dispenser can be cause by several things. First if the water supply is low (below 20 psi) it will cause the inlet valve to weep. Solution, have water supply checked by a plumber to increase pressure. Next if you water supply has gasses this will cause tiny bubbles in the reservoir that can rise to the highest level and push water out the dispenser.
The last cause is a bad inlet valve that is allowing water to pass, even when it is closed. I will add a link to the replacement inlet valve here: Water Valve
I think these tips will help, should you need additional assistance please reply with more details and I will be happy to respond.

Thanks Ron H.

I checked the Sears Parts system in the storm window category. There are the following models for storm windows listed:

  • 4835 to 4839
  • 4860
  • 7000
  • 8000

Although these models are listed, there are no longer any parts available for those models.

I did not find any models for storm windows listed that still have parts available.

I am not aware of any alternative sources for storm window parts. You may need to have a contractor or window professional examine the window. You may be able to find a service provider on the ServiceLive.com website. Here is a link for that website: ServiceLive.com
