Q:

Front loading washer (Kenmore model 417.44082400) stops right before the spin cycle 417.44082400

A:

The same thing just happened to me on the exact same model. The cycle is good up until the spin cycle then nothing happens for the spin portion except for the slow and reversing motion between the 13 and 7 minute marks. Did you ever get a solution from anyone?

Q:

washer doesn't fill 41744082400 Kenmore Washer

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com and being a valued member.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your washer will not fill.

You will need a multi meter in order to test the switch. if the lid switch has continuity it means the switch is good. If it does not and it reads infinity then it is bad.

131763200 is the lid switch replacement.

I recommend a service technician diagnosing the unit.
