Q:

Belt keeps coming off. 41727182702 Kenmore Washer

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your washer. Upon researching model41727182702; check the motor to make sure it’s not loose. Also check the pulley on the rear tub. If it is not fully tightened it could wobble causing the belt to slip off.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.

Thank you for your question. As a piggy bank, this works well, but as a washer, I can see it leaves a lot to be desired. This sounds like it is the start mechanism in the coin box. Part #5304458426, key #51 in the image below. It may also be a stuck coin . You will need to access inside the box to verify. If this is not the issue, then the push to start switch #134902000 may be at fault. Parts diagrams and new parts can be found at Sears Parts Direct .  If further help is needed, please reply. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
