Q:

dual fuel conversion 415

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
Unfortunately, without the full model number, I am not able to pull up the parts list to see exactly what you need. There are sometimes differences such as the burner shutters, hose & regulator, and other small differences. The main part is the hose and regulator, but I would need the model to give you a precise answer.
Hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com.

Thanks for the updated model number.
It looks like to convert back to LP, outside of the hose, valve, and regulator assembly; you will need to replace the bezels for the main burner knobs, side burner, and the rotisserie. Presuming you purchased the valve, regulator, and hose assembly part number G614-7200-W1, it would include the orifices for LP with the valves, so all you need are the bezels.
Unfortunately, the side burner bezel has been discontinued by the manufacturer (Char-Broil), however, if you go online and run a Google search for 'Bezel G614-0064-W2' and click shopping, I saw a few still for sale, so you should be able to locate one.
For the other bezels, you will need five standard and one for the rotisserie. I have provided links below for the bezels we do have.

Q:

Why is my Kenmore gas grill not getting hot enough?

A:

Without a model number provided we do not have access to any reference material for your specific gas grill. It sounds like the valve splitter is blocked or not working properly. If the side burner has a good flame but not the main burners, I recommend checking the split valve. This is the Y connector that goes to the side burner & to the main burners. Other possibilities; gas line or low supply pressure. Please resubmit with a model number for further assistance.

Q:

why doesn't my propane gas grill get hotter than 350 degrees? model # 415.16649010

A:

I understand that your propane gas grill will not heat more than 350 degrees. I have taken some time to research your question here on the Manage My Life website and I noticed that someone else had asked a similar question with a posted response from an expert. I attached the link below for you to view. I hope the link that I provided is helpful. Have a nice day.

The link Alina F sent has good instructions for testing the grill. I think you have pretty much covered all the testing.

I think you have a bad pressure regulator that will need to be replaced. I recommend going to Home Services and get a Sears technician to repair the grill.
