Question and Answers

Q:

Fuel line leak. 410R Ryobi Cultivator

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

The fuel lines themselves should be a tight fit going through the tank openings, and usually won't need to be sealed. If that is not the case, you could look at adding a small rubber grommet onto the fuel lines to help with the seal. I have also seen and used black mechanical tape wrapped around the fuel lines going through the tank hole to make a seal.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

Thank you for your question.

I have looked up the model number you have submitted. For some reason the fuel line size is not listed. I know if you order the fuel supply line it comes as a kit with the filter. I recommend replacing the line with the original parts. If you would rather replace just the line, most stores will sell a fuel line it that includes the supply and return lines. I have found a video that will show you how to install the fuel line. Click here to watch the video.
