Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 795.75199401 and you are on the right track. The defrost sensor/thermal fuse is item 400a and since the items you tested all test out good then I would suspect the defrost sensor has failed. Thank you for using ManageMyLife . I understand that the ice maker is not producing ice for the ice bucket. There is a check for the ice maker and for the sensors that control the amount of ice produced for the ice bucket. I will assume that the Freezer section is cooling correctly.

There is a short and easy way to test the optic sensors on the refrigerator and I will enclose the test. If the optic sensors fail you may purchase the repair parts at the following link using part number: 4389102 . Sears PartsDirect .

If the sensors pass, that requires more troubleshooting involving the disassembly and checking of live voltages. If you would prefer to have a Sears Service Professional perform this task, follow this link: Sears Home Services .
