I am not sure what help you received from Devon last week. I posted some technical information for that treadmill in the images below. The first image shows the wiring diagram and calibration mode for the treadmill. You can unplug the treadmill and check the wiring connections using that information. If the wiring connections are okay, you can use the calibration mode shown in that first image. That may fix your problem.

If you need to perform further checks, you can use the information in the second image for the control board.

Note: Follow electrical safety guidelines when repairing the treadmill. Wear electrical safety gloves and safety goggles when operating the treadmill with internal components exposed and making live voltage checks. Unplug the treadmill as soon as live testing is completed.

You can order parts from this page: Image 10.0 Treadmill Model IMTL3952 Repair Parts.

Here is a link for the owner's manual on that treadmill in case you need it: Image 10.0 Treadmill Model IMTL3952 Owner's Manual.

If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

The information you sent (thank you) sounds like the water valve has failed.

I would disconnect the union on the water line coming out of the reservoir. Activate the dispenser and be sure water is running through the reservoir. If the reservoir is not frozen and you get no water, the water valve is bad.

The water valve is item 10 in the parts diagram for the "cabinet back". The part number of the water valve is 67006531, and the price is $39.52.

If you have questions, reply on this thread and I will be glad to help.

John, it sounds like the water reservoir inside the refrigerator is freezing. The ice in the reservoir could have melted when you had the refrigerator door open replacing the filter base. Remove the crisper drawers and warm the reservoir with a hair dryer. Be careful to not melt any plastic parts. If this solves the problem set the temperature inside the refrigerator warmer.

thanks, i'll try that. i'm assuming the water passes through the filter and into the reservoir because i've got plenty of water pressure up to the filter.

You are correct John, the water goes through the filter and back to the water valve. From the valve it goes to the reservoir. If you have more questions, please send the model of the refrigerator.

hi jimmy, this is john again ( i had misspelled my email address and had to re-register ), i'm still having problems. the fresh food section keeps freezing on me even though i have the control turned down as far as it goes. i think the damper isn't operating, but i wanted your opinion before i changed it. i recently changed a faulty defrost board and harness, and that's when this new problem started. it's a figidaire side by side, but i'm at work and don't have the model number.

I would remove the damper cover and the damper assembly. Check the wiring on the damper assembly to be sure a wire is not loose. Work the damper door open and closed with your fingers and see if it is broken or binding. Check for a buildup of ice and if there is any remove it. The ice can cause the problem. Replace the damper assembly if you have any doubts. Be sure to disconnect the power to the refrigerator before removing the damper assembly. If you leave the refrigerator running, you might cause a buildup of frost on the evaporator coil and cause other problems. You might also get shocked.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details it sounds like the motor needs to be replaced. When the motor starts going bad it will get hot and cause the internal motor overload protector to trip and prevent the motor from starting. Once it trips, the motor must cool down before the overload will reset and allow voltage to the motor again. If it won't start and only hums then I recommend replacing the motor.

I added a YouTube video showing how to access and replace the motor. The motor is part #279787 and can be ordered from Sears PartsDirect . NOTE: Disconnect the power cord before servicing your dryer.
