Your switch may or may not be adjustable. If you shut the power off to the pump and then remove the pressure switch cover you can safely inspect the switch to see if it can be adjusted. There will be 2 screws (on most) that are spring loaded with a nut on top. If yours resembles that, you can go HERE to find out everything you'll ever want to know about adjusting the pressure switch.

If yours is not adjustable or adjusting it does not good, there may be something else going on or you may just need to replace the pressure switch assembly.
