Q:

dryer makeing squeaky noise after having belt replaced 417 94812301

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your laundry center. Upon researching model 417 94812301; being a laundry center I’m not showing a repair kit. I do see the idler arm is an assembly. I would be Idler arm with pulley. It would also be good to replace the tensioner spring with it. Being that these parts work with each other they usually wear out with each other. I’m not able to find that bearing part number 5303291153 goes to your model. I linked the diagram below. The idler arm with pulley is number 23 and the spring is number 22.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.

Thanks for the info. The link sends me to the page I'm having problems with. I'm probably just missing it - but where on the page can I download the manual?

I used YOUR LINK and was able to get the manual to load. I know there has been some technical problems with our site the last week or so with the manuals loading. Make sure you're logged in to the Manage My Life site when you try to load it. Also, you may want to try the link a few times and give it a couple of minutes to load.

I seem to have problems getting the manuals to load when I used Internet Explorer but not when I use Fire Fox (browser). So you may want to give FireFox a try.

If you still can't get the manual to load you may also give it a few days and try again as I know that the computer people are trying to figure out why it's suddenly a problem and get it fixed.

Let me know back on this thread if nothing seems to work out for you. I show the manual as still being in print, but out of stock. So given the age of the tractor, I doubt they will print anymore manuals for it and if they do it may only be after they have a certain number of requests.

Thank you for using Manage My Life!

Thanks Wade. I was wondering if it might be a problem with IE9 and I'm beginning to think it is. Thanks again.

Well, it's not so much IE9 as much as what it is the way our system works with IE9. I use FireFox 3.6.8 for everything related to working with our site and have no issues most of the time. It does take a couple of minutes for the manual to load on FireFox, but it does load up. I've not been able to get it to load on IE8 or 9 at all. Since FireFox is free, there's no harm in having a back-up browser as long as you have the space on your system for it and most systems do have that kind of room. Thanks for being patient with us while we're trying to get this worked out.
