Why won't the water drain from my washer? FRFW3700LW0 Frigidaire Washer

my washer does fine in spin cycle but is knocking in the wash cycle S3700G2WW Ge Washer

Thank you for your inquiry on your Ge Washer, Model: S3700G2WW. From reviewing the details on your model, if these noises are heard during the cycle, when possible, stop the unit and search for and remove any foreign objects. It is possible for some objects to get between the washer tub and basket and may not be removable and may require a professional. If this is a new washer there could be a chance that the washer still has the shipping bolts on the back of the washer. On most front load washer there is usually 3 or 4 bolts attached on the rear of the machine. You can remove the bolts with a wrench. Your owner’s manual should give you directions on how to remove them. Other possibilities: If washer is on a pedestal there may be a possibility it is not installed properly. Not leveled Too many clothes, or too little in the machine Suspension springs may be going bad.

Safety Warning: Before beginning the repair, disconnect the direct power supply to the Washer to prevent the risk of injury or any electrical shock.

If you don’t feel comfortable or confident in this repair, then you can have it repaired at home by a sears technician. I have the included a link to the website: Sears Home Services or call 1-800-469-4663.
