I can understand wanting to repair the cook top yourself.

I do not have any service information for this cook top to look at. But what I do know is that you have to remove the cook top from the counter and remove the glass top.

Be very careful because there is a touch sensor contact control attached to the underside of the glass the goes to the main control relay board.

Once you get the glass of you will need to check the right front burner with the thermal limiter being open or the element being open or if the relay on the relay board for that burner is working.

I did not find any part numbers for the burners and how to check them.

The manufacture is recommending that you have a technician repair the cook top.
