A warming refrigerator would raise alarms. I located a similar question that may provide some general answers while you wait for the expert to review your model. If a technician is needed, the Sears Home Services link can help. Both links are below. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your question about the top mount refrigerator model 363.9735758, I will be glad to assist you with this.
Air flows from the freezer section on top to the fresh food section below. In the back of the freezer compartment, there is a fan motor w/blade that pulls air up through the evaporator coil, out into the freezer section then down to the fresh food section. and recirculates over and over in the same pattern.
If the fan motor (evaporator fan) does not run then the cooling in fresh food section will be affected first. Most common reason for the motor failure would be bad motor or bad fan switch on cabinet.
If the evaporator coil is blocked with frost then the air cannot flow because of the blockage. Most common reason for this would be the defrost system has failed to defrost coils or Door has been left open for extended period of time. You can see frost build up on back of freezer panel, if so, a temporary fix would be to disconnect power supply overnight with doors open allowing coil to defrost manually.
The defrost system has three main components , defrost timer, defrost heater and defrost bi-metal, If any of these components fail the coil will frost over and stop cooling.
I hope this helps, should you need additional assistance please reply with more details and I will be happy to respond.

Thanks Ron H.
