I know that it can be very difficult to replace your wheels on your refrigerator. In order to replace them please follow these directions.

Replacing Front and Rear Roller(s)

  1. Unplug and unload unit.
  2. Move the product to an area that allows access to all sides.
  3. Remove the grille and rear compartment cover.
  4. Lower the unit to the floor with the front roller adjustment bolts. Then remove adjustment bolts.
  5. Remove four 1/2" corner base bolts, two in front, two in back.
  6. From back of unit, pull the base plate and fan shroud assembly 1/2" to the rear of the unit. There may be some resistance from the double adhesive backed foam tape that secures the fan shroud to the top of the unit compartment. Pull until the tape separates.
  7. Tilt the product to one side approximately four inches. Use a spacer to hold the side up.
  8. Pull down slightly on the base plate, slide the axle rivets out of the base plate bracket and remove the roller.
  9. Replace the roller and reassemble unit in reverse order.
If both sides need roller replacement, repeat steps 7-9 for the other side. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
