Q:

Water inside the Ref. at the bottom 36378962894 Kenmore Refrigerator

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your fridge and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 36378962894 and the drain tube being clog with ice or debris is a common issue for refrigerators. You do from time to time have to clear it out. To clean the drain, remove everything out of the freezer so the back panel can be removed. With the panel out, you can use a hair dryer to remove the ice, just be careful not to get it too hot. With the ice removed under the evaporator, you will be able to see the drain hole. Hot water will be needed to clear the drain hole. Keep working the hot water into the hole and wiping the excess water. This can take quite a while, depending on how deep the ice is. This will need to be done until you get a good water flow down to the bottom drain pan. With the drain system clear, water should stop leaking in the refrigerator. If the drain constantly freezes up after this you can purchase a heating probe for the drain. The heat probe transfers some heat from the heating element to the drain, which will help prevent it from icing up. The heat probe kit is part number 819043. The kit will come with installation instructions. I have included a link to our PartsDirect page where you can purchase the part you need to complete your repair. Just click the blue link above to be taken to the page. I trust this information will help you.

Based off the model numbers, 106.9700516 is 20 cu. ft. and 363.78962894, if it's a small refrigerator, it will be the 16 cubic foot. If it looks normal size, it will be 26 cubic feet. I hope this helps.
