Q:

Refrigerator size 363.59472990

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
This Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator offers 24 cu/ft of capacity. In Kenmore refrigerator models, the third digit past the prefix of 363 is the cu/ft indicator. In this case, numeral 4 represents 24 cu/ft.
Hope this helps and I wish you all the best on the new purchase. Thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com.

Q:

need help 36359472990 Kenmore Refrigerator

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you are having with the water not dispensing out of the dispenser, I know how frustrating that can be.

You never mentioned any issue with ice dispensing, so I presume the ice dispensing portion is still working properly.

I would first recommend checking the water tank or resevoir behind the crispers that chills the water before dispensing it to make sure it's not frozen. If it is frozen, you can use a hair dryer to clear it. Just be careful not to get it too hot.

If the water tank looks good and you hear a buzzing sound behind the cabinet when the water lever is pressed, that would indicate the water inlet valve is being energized. Usually in this case, the valve will need to be replaced.

I would check the water tank first and depending on that, you can check on the valve. You could even disconnect the main water line off the water inlet valve after shutting off the water and then put the line in a water pitcher and turn on your water supply and see if the water coming out has pressure, if so, chances are it's the water valve.

Hopefully this helps you in the diagnosis. If you would feel more confident have a Sears Home Service technician help assist with the diagnosis/repair, click here to be directed to the page to set up service.
