Q:

Detergent release/ dishes burnt 36316222100 Kenmore Dishwasher

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with dishwasher. Upon researching model 36316222100; the first thing would be to check what kinds of dishes are getting washed. Certain ones are not made to be cleaned in the dishwasher. The dishwasher uses hot water but hot water wouldn’t burn them it could melt certain materials. There is a heating element at the bottom but the dishes would have to touch it to get burnt. If certain plastic dishes are used and too close it could melt them. The cover for the detergent could be damaged.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.

I can understand how important it is to have the right information for your dishwasher. The screws that are holding the sump pump cover on, are only doing that. They are not connected to anything else. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
