Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Pump impeller seal kit for the motor shaft is part #WD19X10032. The part number you provided is the shaft seal for the drain actuator and for the motor shaft.

You will need to remove the dishwasher and lay it on its back and then remove the pump and motor assembly. Loosen the clamps on the sump intake side (above pump) and the where it feeds up through the tub. Remove the hanger supporting the pump and remove the pump assembly. NOTE: You will need to disconnect the power supply and the water supply and the drain hose before sliding the dishwasher out. You will also need to remove the two screws at the top securing the dishwasher to the counter top.

After removing the pump and motor assembly, you will need to remove the white plastic cover with all the little holes. To remove the white plastic grate/filter, you turn it clockwise (CW). See image below.

After removing the white plastic grate/filter; pull the inner plastic ring off. Next; hold the cooling fan blade and remove the impeller by turning it counter clockwise (CCW). Once you have the impeller off, the outer seal can be pulled out but you will need to separate the motor from the pump to remove and replace the seal seat that the outer seal seats to.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

A:

You got the new and improved sprayarm. The hub the old sprayarm mounted to must be removed to install this sprayarm. The hub is screwed into the base of the dishwasher. It is a "right" hand thread to turn it opposite than normal ro remove. Once the hub is removed the new one should screw into place. I'm sorry for your illness and hope you're well sooner than later.

Q:

How do you replace the rollers on the top rack of a Kenmore dishwasher?

A:

These rollers appear to just clip on the rack. The new rollers should clip on in the same manner as the old rollers. If you have not already ordered the parts, you can order the rollers from the Sears PartsDirect website. The part number for the 4-pack of upper rack rollers is WD12X383.

If you need more help, resubmit your question with additional details.
