Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. There should be a tub baffles located in both front corners of the tub. These baffles are needed to prevent water from leaking at the corners. If the right corner tub baffle (WD8X227) is missing or damaged it'll cause the leak you're experiencing. If right corner baffle is good, the leak could be caused by a bad door seal (WD08X10057). I also recommend making sure the dishwasher is level from front to back and side to side. The installation guide for your dishwasher normally has instructions for leveling. You can order parts from our Sears Parts Direct web site. I hope this helps. Please reply back to this thread if you require further assistance. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Q:

Why won't my Kenmore dishwasher model 363.14774100 drain the water out?

A:

Check the sink drain and the drain hose for a clog or restriction. If you have an air gap installed in the drain line, make sure that this air gap is not clogged. If you recently installed a new garbage disposal, make sure that the knock out plug for the dishwasher drain connection was removed.

Check for excessive suds in the dishwasher. The unit will not drain properly if excessive suds are present.

There is one area inside the tub that could be causing your drain problem. Remove the bottom rack. Remove the screws and pull off the sump inlet cover (Key 506 in the image below). Check for a clog or restriction in the sump. Pull the sump cap (Key 508) out. Check the bottom of the inlet sump for a clog or restriction. CAUTION: Broken glass can enter this area. Be careful when clearing foreign objects out of this sump. Glass or other foreign objects could cause cuts. I recommend using a mirror to check this area before reaching into the sump.

A cellophane wrapper or other restriction in this sump area could be causing your drain problem. If found, clear the restriction and reassemble the dishwasher. Test for proper draining.

If you still have a problem after checking this area, resubmit your question with additional details for more help.
