Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the range. If none of the igniters are working, the most likely problem will be with the spark module. If you have a meter and are confident that you can safely make a voltage check, you can check to see if the module is getting voltage. When the burners are turned on, check the violet and white wires on the module for 120 volts. If the voltage is there but no sparking is taking place, the module # WB13K25 will need to be replaced. It's available at http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-number/WB13K25/0022/364?pathTaken=directMatch&filterPart=&pop=flush&prst=0&shdPart=WB13K25&sid=MMLxexpertxmerch . If there is no voltage, it would lead to a problem with the switches on the valves but it would be very unusual, for all of the switches to fail at the same time.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The failure is more likely the touch panel or a loose connection on the control board where the touch panel wire harness connects. I would disconnect the flat ribbon connector and then reconnect the ribbon connector and see if the temperatures up/down arrows will work. If not, it is likely a faulty touch panel.

I added an image below showing how to check and confirm if the up and down arrows work or not. If the up and down arrows to not respond according to the information I added below, the touch panel is faulty and it's no longer available.NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing.

NOTE: The manufacturer no longer sells the part nor can we get it from any of our suppliers. There is no substitute for the part available and we don't know of any other source for the part.

Check the things I have covered here and if I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
