The first image below shows the normal location for the LP conversion orifices and instructions on that type of range. I recommend that you check that location to see if the orifices and instructions are still there. If they are, then you can provide those parts and instructions to a qualified installer to convert the range. NOTE: This LP conversion should be completed by a qualified installer. You can contact your local gas supplier for an installer. You may also be able to find a pre-screened service provider on this website that can complete that conversion: ServiceLive.com .

If you cannot find the conversion kit, then you can order the LP burner orifices from this page: Kenmore Range 362.75578691 Gas and Burner Parts .

I provided instructions for converting the range to LP gas in the images below. The last image describes how to adjust the oven burners. Your range may be slightly different than the one shown in that image but the burner spud adjustment is the same.

I hope that this information helps. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

Q:

my gas oven won't light, but my broiler and stovetop works. Model # 362.75578691

A:

A non working Oven is not something any of us want to see. If you are technically handy, this is a good site to get instruction and fix some things yourself. If you do not feel confident doing your own repairs, an option is to visit Sears Home Services and use the scheduler. While you wait for the expert to review your model, you can check the bottom link for some possibilities. Hope this is of help.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details, it sounds like the bake igniter is too weak to cause the oven gas valve to open if the glow bar is glowing red. If the glow bar igniter is not glowing red; it could have a broken bake igniter, faulty oven control or oven safety valve.

I added information in the image below with instructions on how to replace the bake igniter if the igniter is getting the proper voltage of 110-120 volts. I do not recommend checking voltage unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so; otherwise I recommend calling service.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
