Thanks for the information you provided about the oven not working, sorry you are experiencing this problem.
Based on this information, it sound like the igniters for both the broil and bake are not coming on. When you turn the thermostat on there should be a bright glow in the bottom of the oven within 90 seconds. If there is no glowing I would suspect the igniter is bad. (Broiler the same) If there is a glow and no flame ignites I would suspect the gas valve being bad, again same for broiler.

The above malfunctions could be cause by bad wiring as well as bad components and would need to be tested to determine exact problem.
I see that a link was provided and expert Joey explains process to follow that I agree with.
I hope this helps, if you need additional assistance please reply with added details and I will be happy to respond.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Make sure the selector switch and the oven thermostat are both set to the "Clean" position. Make sure the door latch is all the way to the right (lock) position and do not forget to set the Clean Time.

I added a link to the Use and Care Guide with the procedure of setting the controls for the clean cycle.

If you're following the instructions and the oven will not start a clean cycle, it could have a faulty clock assembly, door latch assembly, the latch handle could be bent and not allowing the door lock switch to close, it could have a faulty selector switch or thermostat. I strongly suggest calling a service technician to diagnose and repair you range.

You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
