Q:

Oven doesn't work in kenmore gas range model 362.7536191 3627536191 Kenmore Gas range

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
I am sorry to hear of the inoperable oven cavity, I know how frustrating that is to have occur.
I am not quite clean on what you mean by "The light comes on on the back of the range when I turn it to bake and 350..." Do you mean the indicator light on the control panel or the ignitor in the oven cavity? That's critical to know.
Initially, try unplugging the range from the power source or flipping the breaker to perform a 'hard reset' or manual reset to see if it will clear any glitch or error within the electronic board. Sometimes that will do the trick.
Outside of that, you may have either a defective electronic control board or a defective ignitor going back to my question above.
Essentially, the electronic control will send power to the ignitor. Once powered, the ignitor will glow to a specified ohms rating to allow the safety valve to open up and release gas. If the ignitor is glowing, the board is good. But if the light you mention is the indicator, but the ignitor is not glowing, chances are that the board is bad. You can test the ignitor by unplugging it's connector and testing the connector on the wire harness for power.
You never mentioned anything about broil, but if broil is also out and not operable, I suspect the board is at fault. That would indicate a communication relay error in the board if both bake and broil are out.
Hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If the neither bake or broil igniter will glow, it could have a faulty oven thermostat or selector switch or the stop and stop knobs on the clock are not properly set. You may want to see if will operate in a time bake cycle or a clean cycle.

I added an image below of the electrical circuits to the bake and broil igniters. There will also be information showing which contacts should be closed in the oven thermostat and selector switch. The thermostat and selector switch operation can be tested with an Ohm meter for continuity following the charts in the image below. Be sure to disconnect the power cord from the power source before testing. You also need to disconnect the wires from the t-stat and selector switch before checking the contacts for continuity. Label the wires so you will know where to reconnect them.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

I really just need to know how to relight the pilot for the oven. I consider it an insult that you will sell us a manual when you provide free of charge PDF versions of newer product.

I understand your concern with the manual for your model only being available for purchase. It's at the manufacturer's discretion as to which manuals are provided PDF versions. Unfortunately, your model does not have a pilot light that can be lit manually. Your unit has an electronic igniter. If the oven igniter is receiving 120volts and is not glowing I recommend replacing the oven igniter (WB2X9154 ). Parts can be purchased at the link below. I hope this helps.
