Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details, I suspect the bake igniter is either broken or it's too weak to pull enough current/amperage to open oven safety gas valve.

The bake igniter is located under the floor of the oven. When oven control is programed for bake, the control must close the bake relay in order to provide voltage to the glow bar bake igniter. The igniter must glow red and it must pull enough current/amperage to open the gas valve or open correctly. If you find the bake igniter glowing, the bake igniter is weak and will need to be replaced. The bake igniter for model 362.7361190 is part number WB2X9154 which can be ordered from Searspartsdirect.

I added a link to the Use and Care Manual that will show you how to remove the oven bottom on page 11.

The igniter will come with two ceramic wire nuts to use so you can cut the wires near the old igniter and use the ceramic wire nuts to connect the wires from the new igniter to the two existing wires you cut off. NOTE: Be sure and disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
