Thank you for your question. I see Marc provided a very good link for this type of problem.  The information is correct.  This condition may be caused by a weak igniter, faulty oven gas valve, or bad oven thermostat. The automatic clock timer can cause this if not set or working correctly.  The information for the automatic clock/timer can be found on page 13 of the manual . You may also be able to resolve the low heat by using the oven temperature adjustment on page 18 of the manual. If you feel confident checking the igniter yourself, you will need to remove the oven floor. Raise the rear of the floor up and then slide the floor back in order to clear the front lip and remove the floor. There will likely be flame spreader panel to remove in order to expose the bake igniter and bake burner. Once you have access to the igniter, turn the oven on and see if the glow bar igniter will glow red or not. If it doesn't glow red then it could be broken, the range may have a faulty oven gas valve or a faulty oven thermostat. The image below is for this model's burner parts. If you decide you would feel more comfortable having a technician make the necessary checks and repairs, you can schedule at Sears Home Services. If further assistance is needed, please reply.  Thank you for using Manage My Life.
