Q:

front load washer not spinning or agitating GHWS3605F0RR Ge Washer

A:

Thank you for your inquiry on your Ge Washer, Model: GHWS3605F0RR. From reviewing the details on your model, I have provided a link to a couple of videos on similar model of washers, which should be able to troubleshoot what could be causing the washer to not spin and start squeaking. From previous interactions with washers, from what I found out it appears that one possible cause for the squealing would be the bearing has gone bad on the outer basket.

Q:

ken elite 790 4670 3605 cooktop and door

A:

I know that it can be very difficult to have issues with your range. The instructions to access and change the glass cook top are in the instructions below. Remember to turn the power off to the cook top first. The "F10" fault code implies the electronic oven control board has sensed a potential runaway oven condition. The control board could have a shorted relay or the oven temperature sensor probe could have gone bad. If the oven began to heat when you turned the power on, generally speaking, the Electronic oven control is faulty. Since the convection fan cam on, it could have a faulty convection triac control board.

The oven sensor probe will need to be disconnected and measured for proper Ohm resistance using an Ohm meter. At room temperature, the oven temperature sensor probe should measure approximately 1100 Ohms of resistance. The oven sensor wire leads can be accessed from the rear of the range. If the sensor measures approximately 1100 Ohms, and you range has the same symptom before and after installing the new control board, I would have to suspect a faulty convection triac control board. NOTE: Disconnect the range from the power source before servicing.

I added an image below showing how to access the door lock assembly. You should be able to remove the control panel even though the door is locked. If you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself, please click on this link to schedule service: Sears Home Services.
