Thank you for taking the time to reply to this question Mr. Wallace. I was not happy that the parts folks could sell me replacement fuel lines but couldn't tell me the sizes. I have plenty of fuel lines in every size so I really didn't want to buy more. Thanks for your time sir.

The part number you provided is for a replacement carburetor and not the rebuilt kit. I have found part number 530069842 and want to confirm that this is the right kit for the weedwacker that I have.

Q:

Need schematic or drawing of fuel lines on trimmer 358.791010

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

The manufacturer doesn't provide a diagram or have written instruction for the fuel line routing. Essentially, the smaller line will be the feed line that the filter in the tank will attach to. The larger fuel line will be the return that sticks about an inch into the tank.

In regards to the ports on the carb, it might be trial and error. When you prime the carb, if it's connected right, the fuel will come into the line and return to the tank. If they are backwards, the filter in the tank will produce bubbles. Just reverse them and you'll be in good shape.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.
