Jeff, I am sorry, your answer is absolutely useless. this nailer is a $179.00 gun, angled, magnesium. A joy to use. the nail (angled) jam in the firing slot. If you slam the feeder against the nails it will shoot two. I took it apart, the pieces are in like new condition. I oil it each time I use it. I have looked at other guns, hard to find 15 ga . especially as nice as this one. I wonder if some off the nails are a micro bit too large. I am not going to give up on it. I am one of those guys that loves his tools. Bill

Where do you buy the nails and what angle are they? Sears no. Longer sells the nails for this product.

Helen thanks for your input. I bought the angle nails at Columbus, Ga., sears store. I bought several packs of my favorite lengths. The angle is not on the gun nor the nail pack. I could use an angle finder I suppose. I just read on the back of package that the nails fit Hitachi, Senco and Porter Cable. The 15 gauge is so much stouter than the common 16 gauge nails. Anyway, after a determined effort, I started holding this gun upside down to load and held it this way until the spring feed is engaged. It works no, so simple but still a quirk. As long as this tool is in good condition, I will see if I can buy another brand of nails. I was using as an example, item number 9.19193 1 1/2" galvanized, 1 k count. ( made in Taiwan). I have a good collection of Craftsman power and hand tools, yard implements, etc:. I may have to switch retailer. Thanks ........Billy Suddeth --Sears customer for over 50 years.
