Q:

JUST BOUGHT A ROUTER MODEL#315.25060. HOW OLD IS IT? 31525060 Craftsman Craftsman standard duty router

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I can certainly understand how you would need to know the age of your New router. I did look into the model number you have provided and I have found that your router is from 1987.

Thank you for your question. Have a great day.

Q:

I have a router model 315.25060. How does the lever spring attach? Is the spring available?

A:

There is no spring available to keep the locking lever away from the shaft.

The lever spring is no longer available. I don't know of a spring you can use in its place. You might look at a hardware store in miscellaneous springs for a replacement.
