Q:

Router display 315.175170

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your router and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 315.175170 and err-1 indicates that the speed control board has failed. The part number for the speed control is: 280013003. For part number 511981002 you may need to contact the original manufacturer ( RYOBI MOTOR PRODUCTS) for more information. Just click the blue link above to be taken to the page. I trust this information will help you.

Thank you for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com.

I find it interesting you took the time to reply, but you didnt take the time to read my question. I said I had already purchased part number 280013003 and it still didnt work. It appears as if the speed control is integrated into part 280013003. My question was if replacing the display would solve the issue.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem finding the sub base. I checked our system for the numbers listed in the manual but did not have luck finding them. I contacted one of our tool experts in the store and was told the bases are no longer available. He said it was replaced by a new bushing kit. The stock number is 30928 and can be ordered your local store.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using Manage my life.

Thank you for your question on the 1/4 inch collet insert for the plunge router.

I did find the number for the insert which is 670344002 and it was superseded by number 983579001 and neither one of these part numbers are available any longer per the manufacture.

I am sorry that I cannot provide with that part for your router.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.
