We don't have the diameter, length, and threads per inch information on the 2 set screws.

More than likely the difference is in the length of the sets screws.

Try the set screw you have in the hole of the one that is missing and see if it works. If you need the set screw to be longer you can take the one you have as a pattern to a hardware or building supply store and find one that will work.
