I have a 3" belt sander model 315.11721. The motor runs fine, the belt is good, the pulley slips.

A:

I felt sure the woodruff key would be stripped. Sorry for the bad information.

The driven pulley (item 47) has a set screw or a roll pin holding it on. Look carefully around the pulley and you will find something holding it on the shaft.

A:

I have examined the b-drive pulley with a 30x maginifier, no pin/set screw/treads/or anything, don't want to ruin it as can't buy it now, thinking may be hidding treads. Help? !
