Home security is so important today. It is sad that even in rural areas, we must be vigilant. There are some items you can check for this issue to regain peace of mind.

Since you do live in a rural area and away from other neighbors, we can probably eliminate that someone may have a remote coded the same as your opener.

If there have been any power surges lately, this could account for erratic behavior from the opener. Possibly the logic board needs replacement. Bad wiring or moisture in the unit might be at fault.

First, I would recommend erasing all the existing codes and entering a new code. I have entered the exact directions for your model in the images below. Take the batteries out of the outside keypad device and then clear the codes on the opener. To clear the codes you need to press and hold the "learn" button until the LED next to it goes out. Now no remotes or keypad will work (only the wall control).

Now program in the remotes only. To do that: Press and release the "learn" button and within 30 seconds press and hold the remote button. Continue holding down the remote button until the lights on the opener blink. Then do the same thing for any additional remotes.

See if the problem returns. If it does, take the wire off the number 1 terminal on the back of the opener. This will take the wall control out of the system. Now see if the problem returns. If it does there is something wrong with the logic board. If the problem goes away there is likely an issue with the wall control.

If you do need a replacement logic board or wall unit, you can order here; Sears Parts Direct .

I hope this information helps to restore a sense of security. If further assistance is needed, please reply back. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

VO2Max is a complicated equation. It is very helpful if you are training with high intensity. Below is the formula. For a free calculator of VO2Max, please see the link below. Good luck! VO2 max = 132.853 - (0.0769 * Weight) - (0.3877 * Age) + (6.315 * '1' for Male or '0' for Female) - (3.2649 * Time) - (0.1565 * Heart rate)

Q:

How do I remove a circular saw blade? The blade is fixed in wood, the blade screw turns counterclockwise but doesn't come out.

A:

The model number you sent does not run in our system. Without a model number I can't look up any information on the saw. I will send you what I think might work.

Turn the saw on and look at the rotation of the blade from the front. Turn the head of the bolt the same direction the saw blade turns when it is cutting to remove the bolt.

The blade bolt has a slip washer to let the motor turn if the blade sticks. You might be turning this slip washer when you are turning the bolt. The motor shaft might be turning inside the blade.

Take the back cover off the motor if you can and see if the shaft is turning. If it is turning, you will have to hold it while you remove the blade bolt.
