Q:

Dryer making loud squeaking and grinding noises. DBXR463EG0WW Ge Electric dryer

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. I regret to hear that you are having issues with your dryer and do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. Im looking at your model number DBXR463EG0WW and usually if you are getting noises from dryer you will want to look at the shaft and bracket assembly(#508 in the diagram) and the sleeve(#3106) and also retainer(#3102). These are the items that are more than likely making all the noise. I have included a link to our PartsDirect page where you can purchase the part you need to complete your repair. Just click the blue link above to be taken to the page. If you have further questions please resubmit your question for further information.
