1. Is the loading door closed?
 
No. Close the door.
Yes. Go the step (2).
 
Disconnect the plug from J2 on the control
board and check for continuity between the
pins in the plug.
Open. Check the door strike. If good, replace the
door switch assembly.
Closed. Replace the control board.
 
131763202 this is the door lock.

It sounds to me like door open, but in the manual it does not have that as an error code for this model.

Upon researching model LTF2940ES2; the unit may not be draining all the water before it spins.  Make sure the drain hoses are completely clear. Also check the pump for any clogs. The drain runs for a certain amount of time. A clog can prevent the correct amount of water to drain.
