Thank you for your question on the air line lubricator. This air lubricator seems to be quite old.

You can use air tool oil.

Sears Air tool oil .

The one that I am familiar with has a siphon tube and draws the oil through a mitering port and as you use the air it meters and oil mist into the air line to lubricate the air tools. I am not sure what pistons you are looking for but the parts list shows and most parts are no longer available if you were looking for replacement parts.

I'm not able to find much information on this. Because of what it is, I know it will use air tool oil (used to oil impact wrenches and such).

I'll do some more digging around to see if I can find out anything else about this and let you know back on this thread.
