Looks like my previous question didn't go through. The water dispenser quit working. 2699W Amana Side-by-side

I am sorry to hear of the issue you're having with no water to the dispenser or ice maker. I know how concerning that is to have happen.

Normally when there is no water flow to both the dispenser and the icemaker, the water valve will be the problem. However, sometimes there are other reasons. 

If the water filter has not been changed within the last 6 months, I recommend that you try replacing it and see water flows properly to the ice maker and water dispenser.

If the filter is not causing this problem, you could have frozen water lines in the refrigerator. Check the refrigerator temperature. It should be around 37 degrees. If you have items freezing on the lower shelves in the back of the refrigerator compartment, then the water lines going to and from the filter could be frozen.

If you find no problems with the water lines in the refrigerator, then you may have a problem with the water valve assembly.
