Q:

Lawn Mower Battery Charger Specs Mower: 247.887761; Charger: 725-04329/725-06121A

A:

Thank you for choosing Searspartsdirect.com and being a valued member. I can certainly assist you.

I did confirm the charger 725-06121A is a compatible charger for your mower. When a part gets subsituted for the original it just means that they no longer had the original and this was the next charger that would work.

It is a manufacture authorized susbtitution and only the manufacture can make those changes.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Q:

Part 6912W3Q001A 72162622200 Kenmore Microwave hood combo

A:

Thank you for being Sears’ valued member and for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com with your question about your microwave. I am so sorry the lights only work on high. I know what a convenience the lights are and I am sure you want this issue fixed quickly.  In this case I recommend you have the microwave serviced by a qualified technician.

We do not give diagnostic or repair information on microwave ovens because they are inherently dangerous to service. Microwaves contain high voltage internal components that can retain a lethal electrical charge even when the microwave is unplugged from the power supply. Special equipment is needed to work on a microwave starting with an anti-static wrist strap grounded to the microwave to even test components in it. Even minor door repairs and adjustments can cause microwave leakage, and a microwave shielding leakage test MUST be performed using a survey meter after ANY/ALL microwave service.

For these safety reasons I strongly recommend having this repair completed by a qualified service technician. You can schedule service online at www.SearsHomeServices.com or by calling 1-800-4-MY-HOME (1-800-469-4663). Here at SearsPartsDirect.com we love to help you with your repairs, but our expert advice is that microwaves are just too dangerous for a do-it-yourself project.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter and I hope we can help you with any other questions and repairs in the future. Thank you for choosing Sears.

Q:

deck deflector replacement 917.273373

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I was able to find an image showing the torsion spring orientation within the bracket and deflector. You have to hold the deflector and spring in position then slide the hinge pin in. First, you have to remove the push nut on the end of the hinge pin. Usually you have to use a pair of diagonal cutters to cut the nut off. After you have the nut off note the position of the spring. In order to install the spring and hinge rod you will need to remove the hinge bracket from the mower deck. Removing the bracket will help remove tension from the spring so that you can position the spring on the deflector and then slide the hinge rod through the spring.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.
